Luffy is going to have a lot of Allies in the Final War vs World Government

I’m referring to the implied final battle between Luffy and the World Government. The Great Ancient Kingdom vs The 20 Kingdoms. Where Luffy exposes the World Government for their crimes and whatnot, and wages war.

I just don’t see how the World Government will stand a chance, given that Whitebeard and his allies alone were pretty tough. And the fact that Luffy and his crew are getting stronger at a crazy rate despite having sailed for so little.

In the future, I suspect the following people/groups/nations that we currently know of to be temporary allies or members of Luffy’s fleet in this battle:

And some of you might be wondering why I added guys like Fujitora, Smoker, etc. These guys, although Marines, have a strong moral compass. They’re not heartless, and they’ve even shown compassion and understanding towards the Straw Hats. They are personally aware of the corruption and stuff going on in the Marines/World Government and despise it. Once Luffy reveals the Ancient History/Void Century and finds the One Piece, I feel that it’ll be the last straw for them and they’ll turn against the World Government.

Gura gura no mi- the most feared devil fruit

The purpose of this analyzation is to separate the Gura no Mi, and what makes it so scandalous, and what its earlier clients may have achieved.

Active bounties of shichibukai

The Shichibukai was a group of seven powerful and notorious pirates allied to the World Government. As a group, they were one of the Three Great Powers that kept the world in balance.

Due to their alliance with the World Government, every member’s bounty was frozen and they had significantly more leeway to commit crimes. However, after two members had each attempted to perform a coup on a World Government country (with the latter member succeeding) as well as commit genocide, they were stripped of their titles and Marine Admiral Fujitora led a campaign to remove the Shichibukai system.

Fujitora achieved this goal during the most recent Levely, as the council of rulers voted to abolish the system; the five remaining Shichibukai at the time immediately had their bounties unfrozen and became enemies of the World Government once again.

Kuma: 296 million berries. No changes, he’s completely under the Government’s control.

Buggy: 500 million berries. It may seems a joke, but actually to the navy he is a former member of Roger Pirates, a Yonko’s friend and one of the main causes of Impel Down’s mass escape. Plus there is a comic side too.

Boa Hancock: 750 million berries. She is probably the second/third strongest woman in the world, can use all the 3 types of Haki and is the ruler of an entire Island.

Edward Weevil: 1.3 billion berries. He is incredibly strong, should have a top tier Yonko Commander bounty. It’s not higher because he doesn’t have a crew and actually his goal is to destroy the remnants of the Whitebeard Pirates, so it’s not a direct danger to the World Government.

Dracule Mihawk: 2.1 billion berries. He is surely a Yonko tier, but unlike them he doesn’t have territories nor a crew. Also he didn’t used to do criminal acts when he was a Warlord. So I think that a bounty slightly lower than the most recent Yonko Blackbeard is fine.

Donquixote Doflamingo: 1.5 billion berries. If he were still free, I think that his bounty would be very high due to being the most important broker in the crime and because he knows the secret of Mary Geoise’s Treasure.

Yamato will be the new nakama?

In chapter 983 Yamato appears for the first time, saving Luffy from Ulti and escaping with him.

Many fans have noted the suspicious similarity between Yamato and Oden. Let’s look at the similarities:

-Both have the “ribbon” at their waist. Both have some very strange handcuffs.

I think Yamato is someone who knows the real history of Wano. He probably read Oden’s Diary. He knows and therefore honors the history of Wano by wearing the clothing of someone who tried to save Wano. He honors Oden by essentially “cosplaying” the most honorable person he knows. That’s my idea on why he is dressed how he is.

-Very similar body structure and movements.

I don’t think Yamato is Oden, due to Oden’s body being totally destroyed by the burning oil. As the Scabbards fled, Kaido shot Oden in the head and Oden died with a smile.

-Both have the incredible desire to escape the island, we know Yamato had run away on different times.

Yamato is obviously going to be an ally now, and I think there’s credence in the belief that he’s been waiting for Luffy to help him escape the island. There might even be some potential for him to join the Straw Hat Pirates crew. We’ll see.

The previous owner of yami yami no mi

Several theories speculate about Blackbeard being Rocks D. Xebec’s son. In the meantime, some people are bringing up that Blackbeard might just be a Rocks fanboy in the same vein as Luffy idolizes Shanks.

As we know, Rocks’ full name is Rocks D. Xebec and Blackbeard’s ship is called the Saber of Xebec. The Rocks Pirates had their home base at Beehive Island, the same island Blackbeard is at now. It could be Oda drawing parallels making Teach Luffy’s “Rocks”.

What if Rocks D. Xebec was the previous owner of the Yami Yami no Mi and Blackbeard acquired it knowing everything?

That’s why Blackbeard claimed that the Yami Yami no Mi devil fruit was calling him in some way. Teach is the inheritor of Xebec’s will. That’s also part of why Rocks D. Xebec had the upper hand over such strong people like Whitebeard, Big Mom, Kaido and Shiki.

Any big figure in the world that wants to rule over the world in the same way as Xebec needs the Yami Yami no Mi as it brings Darkness to the world.

I also think that Blackbeard took Whitebeard’s fruit not only because it was powerful, but also because it helped him get just a little closer to his image of Rocks D. Xebec (connecting yet another part of the Rocks Pirates to him). The more elements, the better.

Kuzan, better known by his epithet Aokiji, is a former Marine Admiral and the first one to be revealed. He was nominated by Sengoku for the position of Fleet Admiral. However, after losing the position to Sakazuki, he resigned from the Marines and affiliated himself with the Blackbeard Pirates. It is unknown what standing he has with the crew, but some like Jesus Burgess are not so quick to trust him because of his past as a Marine, but Blackbeard pays it no mind.

akainu has the most powerful devil fruit in one piece?

According to an interview with Eiichiro Oda, he stated that if Akainu were to become the protagonist, he is so strong that he could end the One Piece series within a year.

Akainu ate the Magu Magu no Mi, a Logia-class Devil Fruit which grants him the ability to transform his body into magma and manipulate it at will.
